Our personal assistants help clients of any age to access leisure activities of their choice. Whether it’s shopping, swimming, a bike ride or karaoke, one of our experienced team of assistants will be by your side.

We’ll help you to make choices based on your likes and dislikes, abilities and personal goals. We know that being out in the community can sometimes be daunting and unpredictable. We take away the stress and support you to have the best time possible.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR 1:1 SUPPORT

Whether you’re registering for yourself or a family member the process is the same.

We expect that you’d like to meet us first to talk about what you want from a personal assistant. We can come to your home or meet somewhere else convenient for you.

We talk through your individual needs and learn what you like to do and what you’re hoping to achieve.

Together we will plan activities, transport, food and personal needs to enable you to get the very best from your time with us. We look after your care plan to allow you to enjoy your activities.

You can book a series of sessions or just use us as and when you choose.

Paying for our services is simple. We are registered with People Plus or you can pay us directly. It’s entirely your choice.

OUR TEAM

All of our staff members have advanced DBS checks and undergo extensive professional reference checks. Staff are selected and matched to meet the individual needs of our clients.
